John Lakhani

President & CEO

Focused on Integral’s long-term planning and growth, John’s experience informs his perception of what is possible in the marketplace. John’s wide skill set has been refined through decades of successfully orchestrating and managing a diverse range of profitable real estate investments locally and internationally. His experience and detailed hands-on approach, generated from a deep academic foundation supports and informs aspects of our real estate activities.

John is a graduate of Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland with a Moderatorship in Economics and Political Science. His post-graduate studies include Common Market Institutions at the University of Amsterdam, Social and Public Administration at St. Catherine’s College, Oxford, legal studies for the Bar at Inner Temple, London, England, and Urban Land Economics at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, B.C.

John is an active member of the Urban Land Institute. He rounds out his busy and abundant life with reading, walking, playing bridge, and travel.

Kamil Lakhani

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT & COO

Kamil is involved in all aspects of investment and development at Integral Northwest. Along with his Managing Principal role, Kamil oversees operations, project management, finance, and planning of all areas from acquisition to disposition. He shares responsibility for shaping Integral’s vision and business strategy.

Also, an active member of the Urban Land Institute, Kamil’s academic background began with an honors BA in Philosophy and Political Science from the University of Western Ontario. He completed the Owner / President Management program at Harvard Business School and earned Real Estate Development and Finance Certificates from the Urban Land Institute. Kamil’s post-graduate studies at St. Catherine’s College, Oxford, England rounds out his CV.

In his personal time Kamil enjoys sculpture, hiking, cooking, biking, volunteering, mentoring others and spending time with family and friends.
